The Port District will have light displays nightly starting November 28. Locals can enjoy the lights from dusk to 9 PM until December 31. PSLinLights is one of the city’s best Christmas light displays. In addition, The Port District will host a Holiday Food Court open from 5 PM–9 PM nightly and feature the Pioneer Express ride through the park for $5. Christmas Lights Scavenger Hunt
The PSLinLights Scavenger Hunt is another great activity for local residents and visitors. Starting December 1, seven illuminated sandhill crane decorations will be hidden across the city at or near well-known landmarks and parks. To join, simply follow the clues posted weekly on the City’s social media pages.
Hints will guide participants to the crane locations, with two clues released each week through December 22. Once you find a crane, snap a photo and note the location. Upload your photo through the designated link, which goes live on December 1.
Participants have until January 5 to submit their entries. Finding just one crane and submitting its photo makes you eligible for a $25 gift card. Those who locate all seven cranes will be entered into a random drawing for a $100 gift card. Winners will be announced on January 9.
Festival of Lights at MIDFLORIDA Event Center

It wouldn’t be Christmas in Port St. Lucie without the festival of lights. Each year, many locals visit to attend the city’s holiday tree lighting ceremony at the MIDFLORIDA Event Center. It’s a fun and highly anticipated event that has something for everyone.
The Christmas tree lighting ceremony will be on December 6th from 2 PM to 10 PM. The event will feature a carnival, food trucks, and plenty of vendors for holiday shopping. The Parade of Lights starts at 6 PM, followed by the tree lighting ceremony and a dazzling fireworks display. Live music will be available until 10 PM.
Fairgrounds Festival of Lights
The Fairgrounds Festival of Lights at St. Lucie County Fairgrounds is a must-see event on the Treasure Coast. Running from November 27 through December 28, this inaugural event offers a magical drive-thru light experience paired with many festive activities.
Santa’s Village, open on select evenings, offers photo opportunities, a petting zoo, and an animal nativity. New this year, the village includes extra attractions like the Trackless Train Ride and DreamWheel Ferris Wheel (available for $5 each).
The event no longer offers “per carload” pricing. Admission is now $10 per person in advance and $12 per person at the gate. Every person over the age of 3 in the vehicle must have a ticket. Purchasing tickets in advance saves money and avoids long lines.
Port St. Lucie Botanical Gardens

The Port St. Lucie Botanical Gardens is another great option for people wondering where to see Christmas lights in Port St. Lucie. The Gardens are beautifully lit nightly as part of the PSLinLights event from November 28 through December 31, from dusk to 9 PM.
On select weekends, the Port St. Lucie Botanical Gardens may have live music, vendors, food trucks, and even Santa. Keep an eye out for future announcements to include this as a perfect spot to see Port St. Lucie Christmas lights. The Port St. Lucie Christmas House

The Port St. Lucie Christmas House was once a go-to spot for Christmas lights in Port St. Lucie. As of last year, the 15-year tradition was halted because of physical, financial, and emotional stress. It was famous in the city for being one of the most beautifully decorated and well-lit homes in town.
Nothing has been announced this year, but it is safe to assume that there will not be any planned event at the Port St. Lucie Christmas House.
Tradition Tree Lighting

Tradition Square is known for its family-friendly and fun events, and it will be ready for the holidays with a fun tree lighting. The Annual Tree Lighting will be filled with holiday tunes, followed by Santa and Mrs. Claus lighting the tree.
Visitors will also be able to give Santa their holiday wish list and take photos with him and Mrs. Claus. The tree lighting will take place in the heart of Tradition on December 5, from 5 PM to 9 PM. The tree lighting ceremony is scheduled for 6 PM.
Christmas Bazaar at Tradition Square

In addition to the tree lighting, the Tradition community will also host the iL Mercato Christmas Bazaar to spread holiday cheer. The Bazaar will be a fun event with numerous vendors selling unique Christmas gifts. Visitors will also enjoy food trucks, live music, and more. It’s a very family-friendly event, perfect for people of all ages. The event is on December 13 from 1 PM to 7 PM. Admission and parking are free.

Pancakes with Santa at the Community Center

The city is asking locals to ho, ho, ho to the Community Center for Pancakes with Santa. The Port St. Lucie Community Center regularly has holiday events throughout the year, and this year’s event will feature pancakes, treats, and holiday crafts for the little ones. This year’s theme will be Santa’s Workshop, so arts and crafts will be elf-inspired.
This is less about seeing Christmas Lights and more of a great place to take kids to see Santa Claus. The event is on Friday, December 19 from 9:30 AM to 11 AM and is ideal for children ages 7 and younger. The cost to attend is $10 per person (including children and adults). A Cozy Movie Matinee, Featuring “Elf”
Join the community for a festive afternoon screening of the holiday favorite, Elf! This event is a great way to relax and get into the holiday spirit. Attendees are encouraged to wear their coziest holiday pajamas, bring blankets and chairs, and get ready for Buddy the Elf-style fun.
The movie matinee is on December 14th. Guests will enjoy free popcorn and water, plus a concession stand will be available. The event will be held at the Port St. Lucie Community Center.
Noche Buena

Locals can enjoy a festive celebration of Noche Buena at The Port District. This free event will feature music, dancing, and holiday cheer on the Event Lawn. Latin Grammy-nominated artist Elsten Torres and a DJ will perform, and Latin food trucks will be available for delicious bites.

Celebrate the season with Christmas at The Museum at the Port St. Lucie History Museum & Education Center. This event offers a unique historical perspective on the holidays, complete with a visit with Santa Claus, live Christmas music performances, and warm treats like cookies and hot chocolate.
The museum will host the event over three nights, from December 19 to December 21, from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM. The museum is located at The Port District, 2456 SE Westmoreland Boulevard, Port St. Lucie, Florida.
