The Vero Beach Museum of Art invites families and children to its annual 2024 Children’s Art Festival in Vero Beach on Saturday, April 27, 2024.
The event runs from 10 am to 3 pm, and promises a day filled with creativity and fun. Previously inspired by the exhibition “Vero Collects: Hidden Treasures Revealed,” the festival offers various art-making activities for young artists.
Throughout the museum, there will be engaging activities led by VBMA Docents, including storytelling, sketching, art hunts, and movement with music and scarves.
Local music and dance performers from in and around Vero Beach can also be expected. The event is also free with no registration required. There are also usually food options available in the form of food trucks outside of the museum.
Food options will be available for purchase from The Dignity Food Truck, ensuring that attendees stay energized throughout the day. The event is sponsored by the State of Florida, Department of State, Division of Cultural Affairs, and the Florida Council on Arts and Culture, highlighting its importance in the local arts community.
