Martin County Golf Course
The Martin County Golf Course is auctioning their restaurant and locker room equipment and fixtures as part of a plan to improve the facility’s appeal and financial health. The restaurant and locker room buildings are both condemned. Interested buyers can find the offerings online at www.GovDeals.com. Anyone may bid. Winners are responsible for costs of removal and transportation of material. Demolition of the two buildings will begin immediately following the auctions, with completion anticipated by the end of October. A grand re-opening event is planned for early 2016, and will include family activities, prizes, contests, free golf, and more. At that time, the course will auction memorabilia from the bygone days of the course, including the signs along St. Lucie Boulevard.
