Jay’s Fine Jewelry Donates to Boys & Girls Club

Jay Garcia, owner and jeweler of Jay’s Fine Jewelry in St. Lucie West is donating an 8 carat genuine oval amethyst to the Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Lucie County.  The amethyst, valued at $1,000 will be one of the prizes at this year’s Steak & Stake Dinner.

The 8th Annual Steak and Stake dinner sponsored by Lee Plastic Surgery and Laser Center, will be held on October 30th at the St. Lucie County Fairgrounds.  This year’s theme is Be a Rock Star.  Attendees will enjoy a delicious steak dinner provided by Outback Steakhouse, entertainment, live and silent auction and more.  Members of the Boys & Girls Clubs will be seated at each table to interact with the guests.  For ticket or sponsorship information or to reserve your table call 460-9918 today, and take a stake in a child’s life.

Jay’s Fine Jewelry was first established 20 years ago in St. Lucie West.  Garcia is an Accredited Jewelry Professional and G.I.A. certified gemologist.  They offer innovated designs, unique jewelry and expert repair service.

“Last year we created Jay’s Amethyst Martini for the event,” stated Garcia.  “Attendees can purchase a martini, one will contain the amethyst.  It was a lot of fun last year, so we’re bringing it back for this year’s event.”   In addition to the stone, Jay’s Fine Jewelry is also providing $200.00 toward the setting of your choice.
