A fake burglary leads to a fake police report.
Port St. Lucie Police responded to a report of a burglary Thursday at the home of Felicity Leigh Palma.
She told lawmen two suspects were seen leaving the house. She told officers, jewelry and cash were taken while her roommate said some prescription drugs were taken along with a pink case containing his false teeth.
Further investigation reveals the whole story was fabricated by Palma who was arrested for stealing the prescription drugs and false teeth and filing a false police report.
Palma told police that she fabricated the incident because she was mad at her roommate and wanted show him how easy it is for someone to steal from him.
She also knows how easy it is to get in trouble with the law.
