Disorderly Intoxication arrest
A Fellsmere officer responded to a home in the 130 block of S. Orange Street to investigate the report of a burglary in progress. This was on 1/27/17 at approximately 9:30 PM. The officer met with the complainant outside of the residence. The complainant said that an unknown man came in to her home uninvited and startled her. She feared for her safety and left the home.
The officer found Argenis Quezada sitting on the couch in the her living room. Quezada appeared to be heavily intoxicated. Then, he was taken in to custody and escorted from the home.
He said he knew he was in Fellsmere but did not know exactly where.Quezada admitted to entering the home through the garage and claimed to have known the residents his entire life.
He was arrested for disorderly intoxication. Then he was transported to the Indian River County Jail without incident.
