2015 TRIM Notices Mailed
The Saint Lucie County Property Appraiser’s Office has mailed 2015 TRIM (Truth-in-Millage) Notices. The TRIM Notice includes the estimated market value of your property as of January 1, 2015. It also contains a property tax estimate based upon the proposed millage rate of each taxing authority.
Within the TRIM Notice is the contact information and scheduled budget hearing for each taxing authority. The deadline to file a formal appeal with the Value Adjustment Board is Tuesday, September 8, 2015.
Saint Lucie County Property Appraiser, Ken Pruitt, remarked “Customer satisfaction is very important to me.
