10 New Developments Coming to Port St. Lucie

The vibrant community of Port St. Lucie is continually growing with new residential and commercial developments being added within the city borders. The latest additions within this St. Lucie County city range anywhere from a multi-family dwelling unit to an office building and self-service storage facility combination project. With new residential and commercial construction comes the opportunity for expanded living options and new job opportunities. Here are ten upcoming development projects in Port St. Lucie that have been approved by the Site Plan Review Committee of Port St. Lucie.

Multi-Family Dwelling Units (P24-090 St. Matilda)

A proposal for a 348-unit multi-family dwelling was submitted to the Port St. Lucie Site Plan Review Committee. The property would be located to the south of SW Destination Way and to the east of SW Village Parkway.

Combined Storage Facility and Office Space (P24-092 639 NW Enterprise Drive)

A combination self-service storage facility and office space, 22,604 square feet in size, has been proposed for the property located east of NW Enterprise Drive and north of NW Mercantile Place.

Self-Service Storage and Office Space (P24-190 Project King)

A 300,040 square foot self-service storage facility and office building project is in development. This new building will be located east of NW Enterprise Drive and north of NW Mercantile Place.

Park with Walking Trails (P24-221 O.L Peacock Sr. Park)

The proposed space will be a 4.2-acre park complete with walking trails and open lawn areas for events. This project will be located at a space west of SW Rosser Boulevard and south of SW Dreyfuss Boulevard.

New Starbucks Location (P11-151-A3 Eastport Plaza)

This Starbucks will consist of a 2,500-square-foot store with a drive-thru area. The new coffee shop will be located north of Walton Road and east of US Highway 1.

Woodstork Trail/Hillmoor-Lake Park Port St Lucie FL

Two Commercial Buildings (P24-023 TNT, Bayshore Boulevard)

The proposed site will have two commercial buildings, each 9,000 square feet in size, and located south of Dwyer Avenue and east of Bayshore Boulevard.

Warehouses and Office Buildings (P24-074 HKA Commercial, LLC Warehouse)

This site location proposal lists the addition of two warehouse/office buildings, each consisting of 11,927 square feet. The buildings will be located south of Commerce Center Drive and east of Commerce Lakes Drive.

Four New Restaurants (P24-087 Southern Grove, Innovation Restaurant Hub)

A proposed plan including four new restaurants, encompassing a total space of 19,631 square feet, is set to be built at the property on the southeast corner of Innovation Way and SW Village Parkway.

Bank and Commercial Building (P24-091 Tradition-IBM Southeast Employee Credit Union)

This plan details a 2,544 square-foot bank including a drive-thru along with an 8,960 square-foot commercial building. The two buildings will be located on the southeast corner of Ashlyn Way and SW Village Parkway.

Starbucks with a Drive-Thru (P24-148 St. Lucie West, Cashmere Starbucks)

The Starbucks with drive-thru will be 2,160 square feet in size and located at the southeast corner of Cashmere Boulevard and St. Lucie West Boulevard.
