TIPSTER ALERTS MARTIN COUNTY DETECTIVES TO UNREGISTERED SEX OFFENDER
Mr. Pfaff was arrested and charged with failure to register
55-year old Gary Pfaff was arrested for failing to register as a sex offender. A tipster called the Martin County Sheriff’s Office to report that Pfaff was a sex offender, who moved to Palm City, but failed to report.
Deputies immediately responded to the address and discovered the tip to be true. Mr. Pfaff was arrested and charged with failure to register. His registered address is: 3391 SW Sunset Trace, Palm City.
