Traffic Alert: Eastbound Midway Closed at 25th
The St Lucie Sheriff’s office is reporting that Eastbound Midway Rd is closed at 25th St. There is a traffic crash near Sunrise Blvd. The west lane is open but traffic is moving slow.

At 8:51 am, a call was received that a truck had run off the road and into a tree on Midway Road near Sunrise Blvd. Rescue crews arrived to find the driver pinned inside the cab. Eastbound traffic on Midway was detoured while firefighters worked to extricate the patient. One male patient was transported to a local trauma hospital.
