Sergeant-Gary-Morales-Killed in the line of duty
Testimony continues in the Fort Pierce murder trial of Eriese Tisdale.
He is accused of shooting St Lucie County Sheriff’s Deputy Gary Morales to death during a traffic stop in February 2013.
Tisdale claims it was self defense, however several eyewitnesses testified in support of the state’s case.
Morales, the father of 2 girls, was shot 3 times in the face and neck.
If convicted, Tisdale faces the death penalty.
