Yesterday evening, deputies with the Indian River County Sheriff’s Office received a call to check the welfare of a female living in the 2100 block of Seagrape Drive in Vero Beach.
When deputies arrived on scene, they discovered the female deceased along with a male person of interest.
Previous calls for service at the residence indicate a history of domestic violence between the male and female.
Detectives are currently interviewing the person of interest.
