PBSO needs your help. On March 15, 2015, the unidentified black female entered the Target Store located at 10155 Okeechobee Boulevard at approximately 2:15 PM. She used the victim’s credit and debit cards, conducted two fraudulent transactions with a total loss over $ 600. The elderly victim reported her wallet stolen from her purse while shopping at Goodwill Industries, located at 4895 Okeechobee Boulevard, between 11:30 AM and 1:40 PM, on the same day.
