St Lucie man fleeing two counties ends up in woods
Indian River County, Fl (treasurecoast.com)- A St. Lucie County man wanted on a warrant fled from a traffic stop Friday, March 25, and led authorities on a half-hour pursuit through Fort Pierce and into southern Indian River County.
The suspect, identified as 41-year-old Cory Richardson, avoided stop-sticks and police cruisers but eventually collided with a deputy’s vehicle and ended up in the woods.
He was apprehended and booked into the Indian River County Jail on felony flee/elude and reckless driving charges, as well as a St. Lucie County warrant.
