The 2nd Annual St. Lucie County Safety Festival returns to Tradition Field on Saturday, April 23. It will include live safety demonstrations, safety related information from all local First Responders and more.
The live demonstrations will feature the PSL Police SWAT Team, the Florida Fire Marshall’s burn trailer, and St. Lucie County Fire Districts Jaws of Life.
The event will provide attendees information on home, driver, boating, swimming, bike, pet, child, hurricane, gun, and ID safety.
If your business, food truck or other organization would like to participate in this multi-agency event, please visit www.slcsafetyfest.com. The event will bring together organizations and agencies from throughout St. Lucie County to provide valuable safety information that affects everyone.
Some of the participating organizations include: St. Lucie County Sheriff, St. Lucie County Fire District, Port St. Lucie Police, Emergency Management Services, St. Lucie Kids Safety Coalition, St. Lucie County Public Schools, Division of Forestry, Coast Guard Auxiliary, Blood One, Lexus, Southern Eagle, Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Lucie County, United Veterans, St. Lucie County Property Appraiser, Parenting Academy, Fish & Wildlife Commission, SLC Reading Program, Real Stone & Granite, Seacoast Bank, SLC Education Foundation and many others.
There will also be a kid’s zone, arts and crafts, food/drink, vendors and a Mets baseball game at 6:30pm. Find out how to keep your family safe from the people who know.
