Wills had a difficult time finding his driver’s license because it was mixed in a bag with several social security cards, credit cards, and other driver licenses that Officers learned were reported stolen out of South Florida.

Upon further investigation, matters only got worse for Wills as the UHAUL was also reported stolen from South Florida and he did not have a valid driver’s license. Officers also found a crack pipe and a baggie of cocaine inside the vehicle.
Wills was arrested and taken to the St. Lucie County Jail for grand theft of a motor vehicle, unlawfully possessing 5 or more identifications, possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting an officer, and operating a vehicle without a valid license.
