Victor Brancaccio – Convicted Killer
A Port St Lucie Man serving life in prison for a brutal 1993 murder could have his sentence reduced.
Victor Brancaccio was 16 years old at the time of the murder. However the Florida Supreme Court recently ruled that defendants serving life sentences for crimes they committed in their teens are entitled to a resentencing hearing.
Brancaccio’s attorney Richard Kibbey says no hearing date has been set.
