The Florida Department of Environmental Protection has scheduled a prescribed burn at Savannas Preserve State Park, weather permitting, today.
The burn will consist of approximately 185 acres of Scrub and Pine Flatwoods communities in an area directly North of Jensen Beach Boulevard, Green River Parkway, and Savannah Road.
The final decision to burn is made daily, after reviewing the forecast.
