The north bridge on North A1A has malfunctioned. Repair crews are on the way. The bridge will be closed to both eastbound and westbound traffic for approximately an hour and a half to two hours while repairs are being made.
Fort Pierce Police Officers are rerouting traffic northbound on US Highway #1 for travel to Vero. St. Lucie County Deputies are assisting on the east side and west side of north bridge to redirect traffic.
