Fort Pierce Police, with help from other agencies, arrested 35 year old Ronnie Jerome Buckins without incident at his home Saturday in connection with the August 31st shooting of 33 year old Latarus D. Lewis of Fort Pierce.
Buckins is charged with attempted first degree murder and is being held on no bond.
Police say Lewis was shot in the leg while during an argument with another man while visiting Buckins on Avenue D.
