Port St. Lucie, Fl (treasurecoast.com) -A fire in Port St. Lucie displaced six people on Sunday, March 19.

Around 6 p.m., units with the St. Lucie County Fire District responded to NW Dabney Ct. for calls of a residential structure fire.

According to the owner Anthony Laforte on Facebook they lost  everything.. “But we have my wife 4 kids and dog.”

Anthony and his son were outside the home when he heard a loud popping sound and saw his garage burst into flames. Running into the home, he had just enough time to get his family out safely, where they watched in disbelief as their home and everything inside, vanish into flames. They had been living in their home less than a year.
