FPUA Opens 24-7 Drive-Up Payment Kiosk

Fort Pierce, FL, April 22, 2021 – Fort Pierce Utilities Authority (FPUA) is pleased to announce the opening of a convenient, 24-7 drive-up kiosk where FPUA customers can pay their utility bills.

The entrance to the drive-up kiosk is located on 5th Street just north of Boston Avenue. The kiosk offers a simple, user-friendly touch screen and accepts payment by cash, check, or card. Payment transactions are posted in real-time and provide a printed receipt. There is no fee to use the new drive-up payment kiosk. FPUA customers should have their account number or billing statement with them to use the kiosk.

“The opening of the drive-up payment kiosk is an additional resource for our customers, offering contactless payment in real-time, safety, and 24-hour convenience”, said John Tompeck, Director of Utilities at FPUA.

FPUA has installed directional signage to assist customers with locating the new payment kiosk.

Although the Customer Service lobby remains closed to the public, two walk-up customer service windows are open on the east side of the FPUA Administration building located at 206 South 6th Street, to assist with new service requests.
