DETAILS:
On February 11, 2016 at 01:50 am, 29-year-old Heriberto Nieves was found lying outside of a parked truck in the parking lot of the La Quinta Inn, at 2655 Crossroads Parkway. Nieves appeared to have been shot in his upper body. There are no known witnesses to the incident at this time.
Detectives are continuing the investigation.
