Port St. Lucie Police are alerting residents to a series of lawn equipment thefts occurring throughout the City.
Police have received 7 calls for service to investigate the theft of lawn equipment over a two month span.
The suspects are reportedly stealing items such as leaf blowers and lawn trimmers from open bed pickup trucks and trailers.
It’s believed the suspect(s) are taking the items during late morning to early evening hours on both the East and West side of the City.
Police are asking if anyone has any information on the theft of lawn equipment to call Treasure Coast Crime Stoppers at 1-800-273 TIPS.
