The President isn’t very popular in the Sunshine State… but his latest anti-pollution plan is getting a big thumbs up.
Barack Obama’s numbers are still underwater… his job approval rating in Florida is just 41 percent,but Peter Brown at Quinnipiac University says the margin of support for the president’s plan to limit emissions from coal fired power plants is almost 3 to 1.
The same poll also shows most Floridians oppose the nuclear deal with Iran and believe it will make the world “less safe.”
There’s a split over Planned Parenthood: 42 percent have a favorable opinion, 40 percent unfavorable. But most Floridians do NOT support a plan to eliminate federal funding for the group
