Port St. Lucie Police say a motorcycle rider died in a crash at Port St. Lucie Boulevard and SW Cameo Boulevard Monday afternoon.
Police say a car was going west on Port St. Lucie Boulevard and attempted to turn south on Cameo as a motorcycle was approaching the intersection. A head on collision resulted.
The motorcyclist identified as Jeremy Floyd Rodriguez was ejected and was pronounced dead at Lawnwood Regional Medical Center.
The driver of the car, 89 year old Dolores Marie Fleming, was treated at a local hospital for a non-life threatening injury.
The investigation continues.
