Port St. Lucie Named One of the Best Cities in Which to Retire

Port St. Lucie has been named 2015’s 8th Best City to Retire in a recent study conducted by WalletHub, an online personal finance network.

To help American retirees find the best and most wallet-friendly places to call home for their golden years, WalletHub analyzed the socioeconomic environments of the 150 largest cities in the United States. They used 24 key metrics that range from cost of living to the percentage of the elderly population to the availability of recreational activities. The study also includes an examination of each city’s quality of life and healthcare conditions.

Three other Florida cities placed in the top ten including; Tampa, Cape Coral and Orlando.
