On Tuesday, the St Lucie County Sheriff’s Special Investigations Unit shut down a marijuana distribution ring operating out of two north-county homes.
They arrested seven people and confiscated $20,400 cash, 7 and a half pounds of marijuana and a loaded pistol at homes on Roberts Road and Spring Lake Terrace in Lakewood Park.
Among those arrested are Brandon Bogard of Sebastian, Brian Freeman of Fort Pierce, Brianna Burke of Vero Beach, Tyler Albert of Fort Pierce and Hayden Dancisin of Fort Pierce, all in their 20s.
31 year old Travis Sjogren of Vero Beach was also arrested along with a man from Homestead.
