A woman is accused of trying to bite a Stuart police officer after a house party spun out of control.
Stuart Police say a get together at 39-year old Christina Czug’s home on Bryant Avenue spun out of control Tuesday afternoon.
Investigators say Czug’s 25-year-old cousin was outside of her house when she began yelling at someone. He told police she then opened the blinds and pointed a loaded revolver at him. The cousin called 9-11, and when officers arrived on scene Czug barricaded herself inside of a room.
Police identified themselves and asked her to open the door but she replied with an obscenity.
They were finally able to get her out and she appeared extremely intoxicated. Police say they took her to the hospital where she became combative and tried to bite an officer.
Czug is charged with aggravated assault and assault on a law enforcement officer.
She’s held here at the Martin County jail under a 30 thousand dollar bond.
