SUSPECTED PALM CITY CARJACKER/KIDNAPPER ARRESTED
The suspect who violently carjacked and kidnapped a family headed to Miami from Orlando has just been taken into custody.
The Martin County Sheriff’s Warrants Unit working in the capacity of US Marshals along with the US Marshals Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested 21 year old Jaquay Marlon Jean in North Miami a short time ago.
