Stuart Police are investigating a fatal three car crash on Willoughby Boulevard.
Police say three cars were involved and an adult male died on scene.
A child involved in the crash was airlifted to a pediatric trauma hospital with an unknown extent of injuries.
Several others received non-life threatening injuries and were taken to area hospitals. Police say the investigation into what exactly happened could take months.
