The St Lucie County Sheriff’s Office is turning to the public for help in identifying the person who robbed a gas station Wednesday night.
It happened at the Marathon Gas station at Midway Road and Glades Cut Off Road.
Police describe the suspect as a large build black male, around 6 feet, 3 inches tall and between 240 to 280 pounds.
The suspect was last seen getting into an older model dark colored SUV, possibly a Jeep Cherokee or GMC Jimmy, and heading west on Midway Road towards I95.
The suspect was armed with a dark colored handgun.
