 Sewall’s Point streets flooding due to King Tides

 

Sewall’s Point, Fl (treasurecoast.com)- Some streets were underwater on Monday due to King Tides.

Sewall’s Point Police say flooding started to appear about 12:30 Monday afternoon on South Sewall’s Point Road.

Some streets have been covered with water up to a foot deep.

The Town of Sewall’s Point is asking you to use caution.

The predicted tide times today on Tuesday 22 September 2020 for Sewall’s Point are: first high tide at 1:55am, first low tide at 8:50am, second high tide at 2:39pm, second low tide at 9:26pm. Sunrise is at 7:09am and sunset is at 7:16pm.

Sewall’s Point Police are urging people to avoid driving through standing water or proceed very very slowly.
