The Port St. Lucie Police Department is actively searching for and is asking for the community’s help in locating Robert Knippenberg (DOB 6/16/41, 578 NW Lambrusco Drive, Port St. Lucie) who suffers from dementia.
Mr. Knippenberg was last seen in Port St. Lucie on Thursday, September 22, 20 at 1:20 pm. Mr. Knippenberg’s wife last spoke with him today at 9:20 pm prior to his cell phone shutting off and he may have been in the Lake Whales, Florida area at that time.
Robert Knippenberg is described as a 75 year old white male, 6” tall, weighing 215 pounds, brown hair, with hazel eyes. Robert was last seen wearing a plaid button shirt, navy colored shorts, and white Nike shoes. Robert should be driving a maroon in color 2014 Honda Accord 4 door with Florida tag Y23-MIK.
