Man Arrested for DUI in Wheelchair
Just North of us, Palm Bay Police have arrested a man for DUI after they say he blocked traffic on a bridge in his motorized wheelchair.
When officers responded, they found 54-year-old Ronny Hicks smelled of alcohol and was slurring his speech.
Hicks refused a breath test and was arrested at the scene.
He has two prior DUI arrests.
