Palm City: FHP seeks person of interest in fatal hit-and-run!
Investigators have identified a person of interest in a fatal hit-and-run crash on I-95.
45-year old Jason Nichols of Port St. Lucie is wanted for questioning in the crash that killed a motorcyclist. It happened May 1st in the northbound lanes of the highway near Palm City.
The Florida Highway Patrol said the driver of a 2000 black Nissan Frontier pickup truck hit 60-year-old Michael James and took off. James, of Port St. Lucie, died at the scene.
Repairs have already been made to the front end of the Nissan Frontier. Â It still may have damage to the right front fender area. Â Nichols has not been heard from since Monday morning.
