Medical Marijuana ready for final vote but Senator Jeff Clemens says its a sham
The legislature approved the use of non-euphoric strains of pot for kids with seizures. Now they’re adding people who suffer from a terminal illness.
A bill to expand Florida’s Medical Marijuana program is ready for a final vote in the state senate. The legislature approved the use of non-euphoric strains of pot for kids with seizures. Now they’re adding people who suffer from a terminal illness. But Senator Jeff Clemens (D-Lake Worth) says its a complete sham because medical marijuana is still not available in Florida
Clemens says Florida’s medical marijuana is defective because it was written for lobbyists… not patients… and he says none of this will matter if voters approve the medical marijuana amendment on the November ballot
