Martin County Sheriff’s Deputies, Florida Highway Patrol, and Martin County Fire Rescue, were on the scene of serious crash involving a Martin County Fire Rescue Battalion vehicle, and a semi- tractor trailer.
The crash happened yesterday  around 11:40 a.m, along SR 714, and I-95. Battalion Chief Scott Legg, was responding to serious accident at Dunklin Park in Indiantown, when the driver of the semi exited I-95, and failed to yield the right-of-way. The two vehicles collided.
Chief Legg was taken to a local hospital. The truck driver was not injured.
