Lincoln Park Community Center to Host Breast Cancer Benefit Concert Oct. 20

FORT PIERCE – The Lincoln Park Community Center is scheduled to present a Breast Cancer Benefit Concert on Thursday, Oct. 20 from 6 – 8 p.m.
Members of the community will come together to sing and dance in support of the fight against breast cancer. The event includes performances from various youth groups and local singers and rappers, as well as light refreshments.
The event is free for all ages; however, donations will be collected at the door by Friends In Pink, a local breast cancer support organization. Suggested donations are: $5 for adults and $2 for ages 6-12.  All proceeds from the event will benefit the Friends In Pink group.
Located at 1306 Avenue M in Fort Pierce, the Lincoln Park Community Center is managed and operated by the St. Lucie County Parks, Recreation and Facilities Department. For more information about the center and all of its activities call 772-462-1788.
