Lighthouse Sunset Tour

Lighthouse Moonrise Tour

Hike Through History

Nov 7, Dec 5, 8am-10am

Discover the topography and natural history of Jupiter’s National Conservation Lands historic site. This 2 mile trek passes through historic points of interest on the 120-acre Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse Outstanding Natural Area.  The hike departs from the flag pole at the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse and Museum and is weather dependent.  Program is open to adults and children-minimum age 5, ages 13 & under must be accompanied by an adult that is at least 18 years old.  Hiker’s footwear, active wear, a hat, and a full water bottle or canteen should be carried.  Admission is free but space is limited-RSVP required 561-747-8380 X101.  Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse and Museum, 500 Captain Armour’sWay, Jupiter, FL 33469.  www.jupiterlighthouse.org.

Join us under the Lighthouse Seminole Chickee Hut for story time & craft activity about Lighthouse Keepers, Florida History and People & Local Plants and Animals.  Moms & Dads, this is ideal for kids ages 8 and under. Twilight Yoga at the Light

Experience the serenity of Yoga with Mary Veal, Kula Yoga Shala,

on the Lighthouse Deck at Sunset! Every Monday (time will vary monthly based on sunset.)  This is an all levels class and beginners are welcomed and encouraged! Offered by donation. In the tradition of the Loxahatchee Lament, locals and visitors with historical anecdotes from “the old days,” fond memories, photos and family treasures can step up to the microphone and share their experiences growing up in Jupiter or treasured family vacation memories. Whether you are a descendent of our early pioneer families or you arrived in the post-WWII boom, the Museum waterfront backyard is the perfect venue for relaxing and sharing your history and experiences.
