On August 26, 2020 at 11:04pm, 18-year-old Charles “Charlie” Highlands, was found fatally shot in a Toyota at a gas station in the 1200-Block of SW Del Rio Blvd. Detectives have worked diligently and continue to pursue all investigative leads towards the identification and apprehension of the responsible suspect(s).
The Highlands Family and Treasure Coast Crime Stoppers are offering a reward of $15,000 for any information that leads to an arrest of the suspect(s) that are responsible for the fatal shooting of Charlie.
