A new report says that heroin deaths are at an all-time high in Florida.

Medical examiners say the drug caused or was found in 447 fatalities last year.

That is more than twice the numbers from 2013.

Another powerful drug called Fentanyl was implicated in 538 deaths last year. It is often mixed with heroin, resulting in deadly consequences.
