The Florida Department of Law Enforcement has issued a Florida Blue Alert
A Florida Blue Alert has been issued regarding Markeith Loyd. He is a 41 year old, black male, 6’3”, 230 lbs. He was last seen at 5300 block of Cinder Lane Parkway in Orlando.
If you have any information on the whereabouts of this individual, please contact the Orange County Sheriff’s office 407-836-4357 or call 911. Do not attempt to approach the subject as he should be considered armed and dangerous.

Loyd shot and killed Orlando Police Sergeant Debra Clayton this morning. Meanwhile, an Orange County Sheriff’s Motorcycle Deputy responding to Sergeant Clayton’s aid was involved in a traffic crash and killed.
Markeith Loyd was wanted for the murder of his pregnant girlfriend. Loyd shot and killed Sergeant Clayton outside of a Walmart.
A massive manhunt in Orlando is currently underway. A $60,000 reward is being offered for his captured. Call 1-800-423-TIPS with information on his whereabouts.
