The Exchange Club of Fellsmere is pleased to announce that it has once again partnered with the Fellsmere Police Department during their annual FPD Christmas Toy Drive. The Exchange Club of Fellsmere partners with organizations in the community each year on various occasions, but makes a special attempt during the Holidays for just such a purpose.
Exchange Club members felt that the police departments Christmas Toy Drive was such a worthy cause that Club members voted once again to partner with them to ensure Children in Fellsmere received toys this Christmas.
On December 10th, Exchange Club President Sandra Gehrke, who is also the Branch Manager for TD Bank located at 13633 US Hwy 1 in Sebastian and Club Member Oswald Sousa of the Mirzam Group met with Police Department personnel to deliver numerous new and unwrapped toys.
Multiple department members met Sandra at City Hall to receive the toys (see attached picture) and will ensure they go to families who can use them the most.
The Exchange Club of Fellsmere is proud to partner with businesses, governments, non-profits, and other organizations in the community while striving to achieve its mission: “working to make our communities better places to live.”
