Police say an SUV driven by Roza Guzman crossed into the opposite lane on North Willow colliding with another SUV Saturday morning.
Investigators say Guzman was arrested after failing sobriety tests.
A passenger in the vehicle, Roxanne Pena was arrested on drug charges after police say she possessed a syringe and cocaine.
