The City of Port St. Lucie and the German American Club of the Treasure Coast present Oktoberfest on Friday, Oct. 9 to Sunday, Oct. 11 at the Civic Center Village Square.
This three-day event will be held under the big tent and feature authentic German food, bounce houses, local kids’ group performances and other fun activities for the whole family.
Adults will like the German spirits in the beer garden and testing their strength of body and mind in the brat-eating and stein-holding competitions.
There will be live entertainment by The Stratton Mountain Boys, an Austrian entertainment group created in 1963. They have been performing at festivals all around the world for decades. Since this band began, there have been more than 100 members.
Admission and parking are free.
Oktoberfest hours:
- Friday, Oct. 9 – 5 to 10 p.m.
- Saturday, Oct. 10 – 12 to 10 p.m.
- Sunday, Oct. 11 – 1 to 6 p.m.
The Civic Center is located at 9221 S.E. Civic Center Place on the southeast corner of U.S. Highway 1 and Walton Road.
