The civil case against the St. Lucie County School District in the death of a student is about to be handed to the jury.
9-year-old Aaron Beauchamp was killed in March 2012, when his school bus driver turned into the path of a tractor trailer, injuring 16 other students on board.
The Beauchamp family is asking for 30 million dollars in damages.
Closing statements will be made Tuesday and then the case goes to the jury.
