The Florida Department of Health arrested a woman accused of operating an unlicensed pharmacy.
The suspect has been identified as Nereida Lopez. Investigators say she ran Syam Petroleum Inc., at Sam’s Market in Fort Pierce.
The arrest is the result of a joint operation by the Florida Department of Health and law enforcement agents at Sam’s Market on Okeechobee Road in Fort Pierce.
Lopez has been given a notice to cease and desist from practicing as a pharmacist.
