A few weeks ago I reported that very little water has been sent south this year and that was clarified for me today. It was left in case there was a drought even in an el nino year just in case the sugar farmers needed it. So when it rained it flooded their fields and they back pumped it back into the lake.
Thank you to everyone who came from both coasts for this very important event.
