Vehicle crash closes intersection in Fellsmere
Fellsmere, Fl (treasurecoast.com) – A vehicle crash closed the intersection of New York Avenue and North Pine Street in Fellsmere. The crash resulted in a main water line being struck.
A 6” water main was damaged in the crash.
It was estimated that approximately 15 water customers were without service.

Minor injuries were sustained by both drivers who were transported to the hospital for treatment.
The intersection at New York Avenue and N. Pine Street is now open to normal traffic.
Water service has been restored and a boil water notice has been issued for the area impacted.
The boil water notice will likely be lifted on Tuesday, February 1st.
